Nevertheless, that renders them no less important at the time. A significant point is that such a method of looking at phenomena tends to be more concerned with relative than absolute time. It should also be appreciated that there are such things as non-perceptual windows, that is, ones which open and close without the comprehension of a participant. As such uncomprehended events can have no effect on contemporary decisions, they are considered no further here.
